Users: Collectively refers to Entrepreneurs, Investors, Partners, and any other individuals or entities accessing the Billionairing platform.

By using Billionairing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Billionairing on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Portal.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

Respect the privacy and rights of other users.
Use the platform in a professional and respectful manner.
Not engage in any activity that could harm the reputation or functioning of Billionairing.

6. Mentoring and Coaching for Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs may have access to mentoring and coaching services provided through the Billionairing platform. By using these services, you agree to:

Actively participate and engage in the mentoring and coaching sessions.
Respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of the mentors and coaches.
Understand that mentoring and coaching are for educational and developmental purposes and do not constitute professional advice.

All content, trademarks, and data on Billionairing are the property of Billionairing or its licensors. You agree not to:
